Who we are

What data we process
Reservations go through OpenTable; the details you enter there are processed by OpenTable and us to handle your booking.
If you fill in the group request or newsletter form, we use your name, email address and message solely to respond to your request or send the newsletter.
When you visit the site we process — only after your consent — anonymised visitor statistics.
Cookies & Google Analytics
This website places no analytics or marketing cookies without your consent. Only when you click ‘Accept’ in the cookie banner do we load Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymised site visits and improve the website.
If you decline, or haven’t chosen yet, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is placed. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.
Functional storage needed to remember your cookie preference is used without consent — it’s necessary for the site to work.
Retention
We don’t keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or than legally required.
